The Üsküdar Drone Festival TDL DroneManya event, held on November 30 – December 1 at Üsküdar Municipality Çavuşdere Sports Palace, hosted thousands of visitors.
In the event where Turkey’s most experienced drone race pilots has attended, race pilots has been the center of attention from the audience and press with their show flights during 2 days. The race drones, which could reach 150 km / h in 1.5 seconds, were worth seeing on the track.
The opening of the festival was made by the Mayor of Üsküdar, Hilmi Türkmen. Having the experience of a Spark drone, the Mayor watched the flights of TDL pilots with FPV goggles.
Virtual reality games and drone simulators were also made available to visitors in the event area. Participants who ranked in VR and Drone Simulator were presented with medals on TDL stage.
The fields of robotics, maker and robotics coding attracted great attention by young people. Young people trying to carry a load using a robot with a remote control learned how to code these robots in the coding section right next to them.
İki gün boyunca hiç boş durmayan drone deneyim aktivitesi de yüzlerce kişiye ilk kez drone deneyimi sundu. Ayrıca Segway deneyimi, topla drone vurma ve Spark gibi etkinlikler de katılımcılar tarafından ilgiyle takip edildi.
