World’s number one drone racing team Xblades Racing team is coming to Turkey to race with TDL and Turkey’s best pilots at TDL Races for 3 unique races between 5-8 September in Gamex 2019, Intercity Istanbul Park Formula 1 Track and Antalya Kent Square.
Xblades pilots who are coming to Turkey are 3 time world champion and the champion of world’s first World Drone Prix in Dubai; and also who has been DCL, DR1 and MultiGP champion Luke Bannister (BanniUK), DCL, DR1, MultiGP and Poland Champion Mac Poshwald (Mac FPV), 2018 British nationals Champion Leo Whitfield (Leo FPV), IDRA 2018 Netherlands Champion Harry Plested (Harry FPV) and 2018 FRIL Israel Champion Shlomo Dallal (Shadows FPV).
Addition to TDL pilots, 3 foreign pilots will be racing under TDL Team who are Vince Irie (Jedeye FPV) who is the champion of TDL 2018 season, Andrzej Krazny (Sircrashalot) 2017 Dutch Race Champion and Dennis Mennema (Drone DFPV) 2018 Dutch Race Champion.
First race will take place on 5th of September at Gamex International Digital Gaming and Entertainment Exhibition in Istanbul. The pilots for 2 team will race in Gamex, where over 150.000 visitors are expected.
Second race will be run at Intercity Istanbul Park Formula 1 track where there will a show race between two team for the opening of TDL’s fixed track in 4000 m² area and TDL Academy building. .
Third and last race will take place in Antalya Kent Square with the sponsorship of Antalya Muratpasa Municipality on 7-8th of September.
